How Does the Salt Room Work?
Benefitting from a halotheraphy session in Revive's Salt Room is easy - all you have to do is sit back, relax, and breathe!
Here's how it works...

Relax
Enter the Salt Room in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and choose a lounge chair to relax in during your halotherapy session. While you lounge in the Salt Room, you can use this time of rest and relaxation to do whatever you'd like - read a book, journal, chat with a friend, meditate, take a nap, etc.

Breathe
As you lounge, pure, medical-grade sodium chloride (salt) is ground by a device called a halogenerator into micron-sized particles that are then diffused into the salt room as a dry salt aerosol. This all-natural dry salt aerosol is inhaled as you breathe, penetrating deep into your respiratory system (and the surface layers of your skin) to begin cleaning and clearing.

Revive
After your Salt Room session your symptoms may be alleviated and easier to manage. You may notice open airways, increased lung capacity, increased energy, clearer skin, and improved mood and general well-being. How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
