Balance Essential Oils Blend has a sweet floral aroma and helps to center the body and mind. It contains oils of rosewood, myrrh, spruce, chamomile, neroli, orange, and geranium.

• Inhale by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
• Add 2-3 drops of Balance Blend to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your laundry. This will give your clothing a lovely aroma that will keep you serene throughout the day.
• Dilute 4-6 drops of the Relax Blend in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
• Balance Blend can be used for a relaxing and balancing massage.
• Add 5-10 drops of Balance Blend to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
