Lavender Therapy Kit

Lavender Essential Oil can be enjoyed any of the following ways. Please note - the Lavender Double Side Roll On is pre-diluted, so it can be applied directly to the skin from the bottle.

• Inhale by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
• Add 2-3 drops to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your laundry. This will give your clothing a lovely aroma that will keep you serene throughout the day.
• Dilute 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin. 
• Can be used for a relaxing and balancing massage.
• Can be massaged into the feet to encourage peaceful sleep.
• Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
