- RELAXING SLEEP MIST - Soothe those tired eyes. In this relaxing face and body mist, lavender and jasmine effectively lull you to sleep and relieve stress. Just spritz onto face and body and enjoy its relaxing effects.

The LAVENDER DOUBLE SIDED ROLL-ON is pre-diluted, so it can be applied directly to the skin from the roll-on side of the bottle (or used as drops from the other side of the bottle). Roll on to your wrists, neck, forehead, or bottoms of your feet at bedtime.
SWEET DREAMS ESSENTIAL OILS BLEND can be used any of the following ways:
- Inhale by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
- Add 2-3 drops to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your bed linens. This will give your linens a relaxing aroma that will help you relax.
- Dilute 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
- Can be used for a relaxing and balancing massage.
- Can be massaged into the feet to encourage peaceful sleep.
- Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
