- Four Warriors - Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Lemon Essential Oils
Set contains 3 essential oils blends, 10 mL each.
- Inhale by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
- Add 2-3 drops to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your laundry. This will give your clothing a lovely aroma that will keep you serene throughout the day.
- Dilute 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
- Can be used for a relaxing and balancing massage.
- Can be massaged into the feet to encourage peaceful sleep.
- Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
