Unwind Essential Oils Set

The Unwind Essential Oil Collection contains three oil blends that encourage calmness and clarity of body, mind, and soul. These blends can be inhaled, diffused, and applied to the skin.

• Sea Breeze Blend is a relaxing oil with a fresh invigorating aroma that will transport you to the seaside. This stress-relieving blend contains oils of peppermint, lemon, lime, lavender and spearmint.
• Refresh Blend has an earthy grounding aroma that encourages a tranquil mind and supports restful sleep. It contains oils of balsam copaiba, geranium, lavender, eucalyptus, and clary sage.
• Sunshine Blend has a sweet floral aroma and helps to center the body and mind. It contains oils of grapefruit, bergamot, cinnamon, peppermint, and rosemary.

Set contains 3 essential oils blends, 10 mL each.

• Inhale by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
• Add 2-3 drops to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your laundry. This will give your clothing a lovely aroma that will keep you serene throughout the day.
• Dilute 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
• Can be used for a relaxing and balancing massage.
• Can be massaged into the feet to encourage peaceful sleep.
• Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
